Tips to get better please

I have collected my second batch of antibiotics from the chemist and hope that they help me feel better. Still feeling very unwell. 🙁 I am taking vitamins and eating well to promote wellness. One of my girls was home for two days due to being very sick as well, her tonsillitis is back, yes twice in a month. Not good at all.

She is a little better and able to go to school today so I am finally home by myself. You can imagine that the house is in a state due to me being ill and caring for sick child also.

I have a pile of clothes to fold and put a away and some tidying to do.   Will go and have some medicine and then get stuck into it.

Do you have a great thing that you eat or drink that makes you better or on the mend faster? Please share as I need to be feeling better soon. I will also make another appointment with the doctor to check things and make sure that I am o.k.

So wish me luck that the school does not ring for me to pick up one kid and that I have time to get some things done. While folding I am going to watch my long awaited episode of Devious Maids, cannot wait.

    Hi Suzanne. So sorry to hear you’re not feeling well. My partner and I love natural medicine. Instead of antibiotics, we use two things: firstly, garlic. If you crush a few cloves of garlic and consume them raw each day they will function as an antibiotic and they will not kill the healthy bacteria in your body, unlike manufactured drugs. Secondly, propolis. Taken orally, propolis will strengthen your immune system and it also has antibiotic properties. We use these two all the time and they definitely work for us. Hope you feel better soon 🙂
